HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you’re automatically sent an email with your tracking number. You can also sign up for a free account on our site!

AN ITEM THAT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
Sign up for the company email newsletter (found on the bottom of the website) to see some items that have been restocked. You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook @Tiffanyavenueboutique where restocked items are also reposted.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
We’re sorry to here that you received an incorrect item. Please send us an email to info@tiffave.boutique within 24 hours of receiving your package, make sure you send your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect item and the packing slip. Failure to report your item within the 24 hours will result in our inability to replace the item.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately no, we’re very quick at processing orders just to make sure you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Sometimes items sell out very quickly due to a high demand and certain occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are very rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of that order. If your order has additional items, we will still send out the rest of your order and refund the item out of stock.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?
We do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 3 business days from the delivery date to return the item for a store gift card.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
All items are eligible for returns except swim wear, bodysuits, shoes, sale items and accessories.
